On Line Registration

Please use the following form to register online with the FWYFL.  Once the form is submitted your child will be added to the roster and then you will then need to come to one of the registration dates to fill out the necessary remaining paperwork, present your child's birth certificate, check your child's weight for division allocation, and pay your fees. 

We will provide formal registration dates for the 2009 season starting November 2008.  If you would like to register now please fill out the form below or call the Registrar 813 245 5418
